La Faisanderie is run by the French Proprietor and Head Chef Eric Obry, who set up
the business after working extensively in Michelin starred and AA rosette hotels
and restaurants in the France and the UK. The restaurant offers the perfect marriage
of the finest Scottish ingredients with French style and finesse.
The menu is constantly
changing to take advantage of the local, seasonal produce available from the surrounding
moors and countryside and from the fresh sea-fish larder of the nearby Moray Firth.
